* Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including the CAA and Military Aviation Authority frameworks.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical decision-making
Your role
* Lead engineering delivery activity across design, airworthiness, manufacturing and maintenance functions
* Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
* Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targets
Your experience
* Apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical, electrical or mechanical engineering
* Strong understanding of civil and defence regulatory frameworks
* Ability to navigate changing environments and maintain programme stability
* Clear communication skills with senior stakeholders
