Your new role
As a Senior Engineer within the Structures team, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical outputs across a range of highway and infrastructure projects. You will manage project delivery to meet client requirements, programme and budget expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver design and engineering for highway structures schemes
* Act as Lead Designer on projects
* Manage technical outputs to meet programme and budget
* Carry out and check design deliverables
* Support bids and proposals
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
* Chartered or working towards (MICE/MIStructE or similar)
* Strong experience in highway structures design and assessment (UK standards, Eurocodes)
* Experience with relevant design software
* Ability to work independently and lead project delivery.
* Design & build project experience
