Women’s Health Admin Team Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time (37.5 hours) substantive Maternity/Gynae reception Team Leader within the Women & Children’s Directorate. The Team Leader will work within the team and oversee the lead elements of the reception role.
This is a varied and busy role that is vital to the smooth running of the reception areas. We are looking for a friendly, organised person who will need to be able to demonstrate commitment and excellent communication skills. Applicants need to be flexible and will need to be able to work independently on their own initiative as well as being a good team player placing the needs of the service as priority. You will need the ability to multi-task due to the nature of the role and have the ability to cope under pressure.
The duties of the successful candidate will include being responsible for overseeing the booking processes to ensure all services are booked to agreed/planned timescales in line with Trust targets. You will line manage the Reception team, to include all aspects of people management, planning leave, managing sickness, training etc.
Working Pattern: 0800-1700 (1 hour lunch break)
