We are a well-established and growing plumbing company seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Booking Agent to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is an office-based role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers and engineers. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the daily scheduling and allocation of jobs to engineers * Booking appointments and updating the back-office job management system * Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding bookings, updates, and reports * Preparing and sending job reports, invoices, and related documentation * Liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time * Handling general office administration duties to support business operations Key Skills & Requirements: * Previous administration or booking experience (plumbing, maintenance, or trade background preferred but not essential) * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Confident telephone manner and professional communication skills * Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload * Good IT skills and experience using office systems or booking software * Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently What We Offer: * A stable, office-based role within a growing company * Friendly and supportive working environment * Training provided on internal systems and processes * Competitive salary based on experience Working Days: Monday - Friday
