Job Description:
As a Care Supervisor, you will work alongside your Area Manager and team to ensure the safe and effective provision of care to all service users. You will be the direct contact for your colleagues regarding service users in your area, reporting directly to your Area Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
* Minimum 1 year care experience.
* Full flexibility.
* Valid UK driving license and insurance.
* Good English communication skills.
* Willing to work towards level 3 and currently NISCC registered.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Complete shadowing and relevant paperwork for new staff.
* Monitor and report on new staff performance.
* Maintain and update client care folders monthly.
* Assist with client monitoring visits and reviews.
* Conduct spot checks with staff.
* Ensure timely placement of new client folders and PPE delivery.
* Participate in emergency cover and support care staff.
* Provide leadership, support, and motivation to staff.
* Manage staff development, induction, and training.
* Report incidents of poor practice to the Area Manager.
* Support in emergencies, on-call duties, and weekend coverage.
* Engage in business contingency planning.
OFFICE DUTIES:
* Participate in on-call rotations and update rostering platforms.
* Complete weekend handovers and report issues to the Area Manager.
* Coordinate with Care Managers and Social Workers as needed.
* Attend further training to develop skills.
