Legal Secretary Sunderland Full Time hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm £13-£17 per hour Looking for some temporary legal secretarial cover within the litigation department to cover a period of sickness. This role is for an immediate start so would not suit a candidate with a notice period to honour. The Role As a member of the firm, you are responsible to the Director(s). Detailed below is a set of duties and responsibilities. Key Tasks To schedule appointments, maintain calendars and monitor deadlines for your nominated fee earner(s). To meet and greet clients in reception on behalf of the fee earner(s), whilst ensuring that clients are made to feel comfortable and offered refreshments as appropriate. To be responsible for the day-to-day typing of letters, attendance notes, bills, legal documentation etc. which will be dictated to you or instructed to you by members of the team. To prepare and collate court bundles in hard copy and/or electronic format, as required.
