About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative pilot programme, working closely with Local Authority care leaver teams. You’ll support young people aged 16–24 to build resilience, access education, and move into meaningful employment.

• Support with CVs, job applications, interview preparation, and education pathways.
• Connect young people with training, work placements, and hidden job opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with employers, education providers, and community stakeholders.
• Act as a resilience coach, providing ongoing support to help participants sustain employment or education outcomes.
This role is community-based, with regular travel across Ealing, Harrow, and the wider West London region.
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience supporting people into employment or education, ideally young people or care leavers.
• A proactive, optimistic approach to engaging participants and building relationships with local stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and caseload management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Empathy, resilience, and a genuine belief in the potential of young people facing complex barriers.
You’ll also need
• An understanding of the challenges faced by care leavers (essential).
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible approach, including some out-of-hours work.
• A willingness to travel across West London.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (essential – carried out as part of the role).
