Role Responsibilities:
The candidate joining our team will work on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on the childcare and healthcare sectors, including:
* sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
* grant of new lease / lease renewals.
* commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.
There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:
* creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
* launching online marketing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3 - 6+ PQE.
* excellent technical and project management skills.
* excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
* able to work effectively under pressure.
* be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
* interested in entrepreneurship, marketing and business development initiatives.
