Finance Assistant The Finance Assistant will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s financial processes. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts Assist with maintaining purchase and sales ledgers. Handle petty cash and expense claims. Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts Assist in preparing financial reports for audits. What we expect from you in return: Education: AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent (or studying towards) Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage, Procure Wizard) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
