We’re working with a leading pharmaceutical marketing agency on the lookout for a driven and strategic Account Director to join their expanding team. This is your chance to take ownership of complex, scientifically rich campaigns for some of the world’s top pharma brands.
Based 4 days a week from their Berkshire office, you’ll be at the heart of an agency delivering impactful, integrated campaigns across digital, events, and medical education, spanning key therapy areas like oncology, neurology, dermatology and rare diseases.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading key client accounts and becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
* Scoping new commercial opportunities and driving organic account growth.
* Managing and mentoring a small, high-performing team.
* Overseeing end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring scientific accuracy and creative excellence.
* Collaborating with in-house medical writers, creatives, digital, and events specialists.
* Acting as the bridge between strategy, client services and execution – keeping timelines, budgets, and expectations on track.
What we’re looking for:
* A solid background in healthcare/pharma marketing or med comms, ideally agency-side.
* Confident working across complex scientific content and communicating with clarity and creativity.
* Commercially savvy – with a proactive mindset when it comes to identifying and developing new business.
* A natural leader with strong project management skills and a collaborative approach.
