About The Role This role is responsible for delivering regional sales performance within the industrial market, promoting piping, instrumentation, valves and actuation solutions. What We’re Looking For Essential Proven track record in regional or national sales management Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve revenue and margin targets Experience managing key accounts, distributors and customer relationships Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance metrics Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills Analytical and strategic thinking capability Working knowledge of technical or engineering products and terminology Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools Willingness to travel within the assigned region Based in the South West / East Anglia Nice to Have Experience within industrial flow solutions or related industrial sectors Knowledge of supply chain processes and product specifications Experience working within high performing sales team Tender management and rebate negotiation experience Broader understanding of competitor landscape and market trends
