We are recruiting for an East of England Renal Network Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This role is dedicated to supporting the regional Renal Clinical Network, across the East of England as they bring professionals and patients across the region together to improve kidney services for our patients.
In particular, the post holder will provide and co-ordinate administrative and secretarial services for our Clinical Lead and Network Manager as they establish the network and the programme of work to facilitate improvements for kidney patients across the East. This will include creating agendas and minutes, preparing documents, co-ordinating meeting arrangements and arranging events.
There will be opportunities for the post holder to support the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary. The post holder can work from home, but on occasion will be required to attend face to face meetings at Lister Hospital and events across the East of England region.
This will be a home working post with some face to face days required. You will be provided a laptop and VPN access.
The Renal Network has responsibility for the whole East of England, therefore there may be some travel required to NHE Victoria House, Fulbourn.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide support for managers with a wide range of administrative and computer skills as well as maintaining a range of knowledge and understanding of procedures, protocols and functions.
Act as a first point of contact for area of work for a range of stakeholders.
Communicating and engaging with external and internal stakeholders which may require negotiation skills and understanding the needs/requirements of other organisations, senior professionals and others.
To work in partnership with others and as part of cross organisational teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Provide and receive complex information which may contain contentious and sensitive information.
Updating and maintaining databases and/or spreadsheets relevant to work area and manage meeting arrangements including the taking and distribution of minutes.
Manage the diaries and associated arrangements of managers and directors.
