This is a high-profile, client-facing Quality Manager / Account Manager position in a fast-growing, award-winning manufacturing business supplying major UK retailers and global brands. The Opportunity This is a newly created role driven by business growth. Youll take ownership of customer-facing quality, acting as the key link between internal operations and external client expectations. Youll be trusted to Work directly with our client's customer quality and technical teams and work with them and the current team on driving improvements across quality, compliance and KPI performance. The Role This is a hands-on, audit-led Quality Management role with strong external exposure.
