Are you a dynamic and well-connected FX sales specialist with a strong grasp of electronic trading workflows? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, engaging with sophisticated buy- and sell-side clients across the global FX landscape?
We’re hiring an EFX Sales Professional to join a market-leading fintech at the forefront of electronic foreign exchange trading solutions. This is a high-impact role within a well-established team, focused on deepening client relationships and driving new revenue across the UK and Europe.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for originating and growing revenue from institutional clients by selling a suite of high-performance EFX trading and workflow solutions—spanning execution, pricing, post-trade analytics, and connectivity.
In this role, you will:
* Build and manage relationships with banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and corporates
* Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting through to deal close
* Articulate complex EFX products and services in a compelling, client-centric way
* Collaborate with trading, product, and client service teams to tailor solutions
* Stay on top of market structure changes, regulatory shifts, and client needs
What You Bring
* 3–7 years of experience in FX sales, preferably with a focus on e-trading solutions
* Strong network across institutional or corporate FX clients
* Familiarity with FX execution platforms (e.g., ECNs, APIs, algo trading tools)
* Deep understanding of FX workflow, pricing, and liquidity dynamics
* Self-starter mindset, with the ability to drive business independently
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Based in London, with travel as required
