Job Title: Receptionist/Front of House
Dates required:
Handover: Friday 12th June 10am:5pm Full Cover: Mon 15th:19th June 8am :5pm and Mon 22nd:Fri 26th June 8am to 5pm
Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide reception cover and ensure the smooth running of front:of:house operations. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and supporting general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing reception cover and maintaining a welcoming front desk Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner Managing access by letting in visitors and directing them appropriately Supporting events/occupier engagement activities and viewings Accepting and handling deliveries, ensuring items are logged and distributed correctly
Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and approachable manner Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a busy reception area
