Position: Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$115/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Through mid 2026
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Design questions related to compensation, benefits, and job analysis for a top AI company.
* Ensure competitive hourly compensation based on professional background and location.
* Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for project duration.
* Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 4+ years full-time work experience in compensation, benefits, and job analysis.
* Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
