What You’ll Do
* Use your expertise and knowledge of assessment processes to drive best practice and pro-actively lead & develop a team of VDAs
* Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods.
* Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global
* Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance
* Record all actions and communications in our management system.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
