The friendly Cardiac Investigations team at Worthing is looking to appoint a permanent, full-time Chief Cardiac Physiologist with a specialist interest in CRM and Cath Lab to assist in providing a high-quality, patient-centred Cardiac Investigations service.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in delivering a high-quality CRM and Cath Lab Service, including running Device follow-up clinics, supporting interventional and implanting cath lab sessions, and participating in the delivery of CRM out-of-hours on-call service (not primary angioplasty).
2. Perform a wide range of cardiac investigations independently, interpret results, and provide reports for physicians.
3. Assist in the day-to-day running of the department.
4. Supervise and train staff and healthcare professionals.
5. Role model the Trust's values, Patient First approach, and promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, along with inclusive leadership.
6. Participate in the Physiologist on-call CRM out-of-hours rota.
