As a Demand Forecast Manager, you'll be responsible for managing VMO2's mobile demand forecast process for CTO, ensuring our network is built according to customer needs and growth. You'll also take ownership of a single view of traffic demand forecast for CTO, with key responsibilities including interacting with other areas of the business to collect data, drive strategic decisions, and build consensus.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Understanding of the mobile network, with detailed knowledge of access technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G/WiFi)
* Previous analytical capability, able to identify trends to create and improve traffic demand forecasts
* The ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate decisions
* Demonstrable ability to quickly manipulate large volumes of data
* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach
* In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, staying abreast of emerging technologies and market trends
Additionally, we are looking for candidates who:
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understand and can write code in Python
