The Customer Service Advisor is a pivotal role in our mission to provide the best experience and service for our customers.
What you’ll do:
* Provide basic technical information on Superglass and Sterling products and services and process all purchase orders accurately and effectively.
* Monitor and answer all telephone enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, including questions regarding prices, quotations, and price lists.
* Monitor and address all customer complaints promptly and empathetically in accordance with Company procedures.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock availability and prompt delivery of all customer orders.

* Demonstrable experience working within a customer-oriented environment in a customer-facing role.
* A strong service mindset with a “customer first” attitude.
* High attention to detail and data accuracy.
