What will you be doing?
We are searching for talented individuals to join us on Webchat within our growing team in our Vodafone Liverpool Church Street Partner store. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our partner stores and increasing our digital presence. By interacting directly with customers through an online conversation platform, you will understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.

We are looking for people who are levelheaded, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. Commercial understanding and the ability to identify potential opportunities, as well as holding strong communication skills will be key to this role.
