£25,000 – £27,500 pro rata
25 hours per week (flexible working)
Are you a creative communicator with a passion for digital content and storytelling?
We’re working with a national organisation that supports young people and the youth sector across Wales. They’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to help showcase the positive impact of youth work through engaging digital content, campaigns and storytelling.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their communications career, and would suit a recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field looking to build experience in a purpose-driven organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Creating and scheduling social media and digital content
Supporting marketing and communications campaigns
Writing blogs, newsletters and promotional content
Gathering case studies and stories that highlight programme impact
Updating website content and promoting events and training
Working with partners and young people to develop engaging content
What we’re looking for
Experience or strong interest in marketing, communications or digital media
Strong writing and content creation skills
Good understanding of social media platforms
Organised, creative and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in youth, community or charity sector work
Welsh language skills are welcome but not essential.
