About You Excellent Communication skills, Confident and highly motivated An understanding of measuring, planning, costing and knowledge of flooring and bed types would be advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given. Car Driver Essential Computer Literate ideally Word, Excel, Microsoft 365 First Aid Trained in the Workplace would be an advantage although training will be provided Key Responsibilities: Share administration, housekeeping, and daily operational tasks Answer phones promptly and greet customers professionally Provide excellent customer service and assist with purchases Schedule Estimator visits (Mon-Thurs, Sat; Newbury also Fri) Process deliveries, maintain records, and manage paper trail Contact customers regarding arrivals and coordinate fitting schedules Chase outstanding payments daily and process in FRS Complete daily GRN Audit and End of Day Sales Reports Maintain store cleanliness, security, and presentation standards Support stock management and control Assist team with all aspects of store operations affecting business profitability Benefits Company Pension Employee Discount On Site Parking 28 days holiday per annum To Apply, please click on the Apply Now button to make an application.
