About The Role
Reporting to the GB&I Finance Director you will provide analytical and operational finance support to the GB&I market as well as being the main point of contact for the EMEA and Group teams for any finance matters. The role will be based in Malmesbury.
* Oversee the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process within the market. Work closely with the Demand and Sales planning team as well as the GB&I Leadership Team to agree on timelines and deliverables for each part of the P&L
* Work with other members of the market finance team to establish a total market view of volume and profit for the current month. Ensure that Regional leadership are kept informed on current performance.
* Act as the main finance contact for the GB and Ireland audits: collating and supplying evidence to auditors, liaising with internal teams, and responding to operational and process-related queries.
* Business partner Head of marketing with forecasting and spend control
* Business partner with commercial director to drive strategy and delivery of financial results across all direct channels and B2B, including webshop, marketplaces and stores
* Support FD with specific/ ad hoc requests from Global and Regional leadership
About You

* An effective and credible thought partner - commercially minded with a good grasp of key financial drivers and strong contract management skills.
* Excellent analytical ability with a great attention to detail
* A team player with a positive, ‘will do’ attitude
* The ability to operate in a fast moving environment where plans often change on a weekly or even daily basis
* Good communication skills with the ability to make Financial information accessible to non-Financial leads
* Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict deadlines
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years experience in Commercial/FP&A roles
* Previous experience of managing a budget process
