Revenue Controller

A leading international law firm is seeking a Revenue Controller to support partners and fee‑earners across its London office. This is a high‑impact role where you'll take ownership of the full revenue cycle, driving timely billing and ensuring a seamless client experience. Acting as the primary contact for revenue matters within assigned practice groups, you'll work closely with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

\n\n
Regular WIP review meetings with partners and fee‑earners, monitor aged WIP, and support monthly billing targets and forecasting.Prepare and issue bills through Elite 3E, including time/cost transfers, narrative amendments, time divides, write‑offs, and credit notes.Monitor aged debt, liaise directly with clients, and escalate delays where necessary.Coordinate with the eBilling Support Team to ensure timely and accurate e‑bill submissions, troubleshoot rejections, and stay up to date with client billing guidelines.Produce detailed WIP, AR, collections, and cash receipt reports through Elite 3E.Maintain awareness of matter lifecycles and financial performance to support informed revenue decisions.

Experience & Requirements
\n\n
\n\n
Experience in revenue or billing within a law firm environment.Strong working knowledge of Elite 3E, or similar finance system. Experience with client e‑billing platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
