Keep the hotel looking tip-top by regularly touching up paint and fixing walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture - fresh and fab all day, every day!
Seal the deal (and the gaps) by applying silicone sealant around bathrooms, kitchens, and anywhere moisture likes to sneak in, stopping leaks before they start.
Get hands-on with furniture and fixtures - tighten those pesky screws, swap out handles, and sort any wobbly or broken bits to keep everything shipshape.
Keep tile grout spotless and sound in bathrooms, kitchens, and tiled areas to prevent water damage and maintain that sparkling clean look.
Oil up hinges, locks, and mechanical bits to ensure everything works smoothly and lasts longer.
Pamper wooden surfaces with regular sanding, staining, and varnishing so they keep looking lush and avoid wear and tear.
Mend or swap out any battered upholstery on furniture, curtains, or bedding to keep guest areas inviting and pristine.

Follow the GXP maintenance system daily to keep your workflow spot on.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries you can't fix yourself - safety first!
Respond quickly to the Engineering Coordinator and Chief Engineer's requests.
Always greet guests warmly - smile, make eye contact, and use their name if you can.
