You’ll need to stick to all safety rules, complete any required training, and follow any control measures from risk assessments to keep yourself and others safe. Education Required You’ll need to have completed A-Levels or equivalent. Extra Qualifications (Nice to Have) A valid First Aid Certificate Any specialism in sports coaching, drama, or dance Experience Required No previous work experience? No problem! We’re looking for people with common sense, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. You’ll get full training to do the job well — and it’s a great way to gain real-world experience and build up your CV! Experience Desired Experience at a summer school, especially with people from different cultures Any background or qualification in hospitality or customer service Experience in sports coaching, drama, or dance Personal Attributes We’re looking for someone who: Is fun, engaging and can engage others – especially teenagers! Employees must ensure that the uniform is worn properly, maintained in a clean and presentable condition, and always adheres to the company’s dress code standards. Disclosure and Barring Service: If you do not have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring certificate and are not registered on the DBS update service, we will need to apply for a new Enhanced DBS for you.
