You will help us achieve our goal of having an industry-leading European Roadfreight network across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day operations, assisting our Senior Account Manager team.
* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the UK and Europe to facilitate smooth transport of orders.
* Enter shipments into our in-house system, generate orders, and instruct suppliers.
* Manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Provide excellent customer service, understanding individual client needs and building strong relationships.
* Input relevant data into our systems and follow procedures.
* Take ownership of your workload and manage tasks independently.
* Seek career progression, learn from our team, and contribute to company growth.
General Skills:
* Experience in European Roadfreight preferred but not essential.
* Ambition and a desire for success.
* Customer-facing skills are advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong planning and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in European languages is a benefit.
* Education to A-Level or Degree level preferred.
