Responsibilities
* Client Coverage Responsibilities
o Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships as a trusted algo‑execution partner.
o Grow the client franchise through collaboration with Sales, Engineering and internal stakeholders.
o Share market flows, trade ideas and relevant information to support revenue generation.
o Provide reliable support to team members and ensure effective communication across internal teams.
* Product Scope Responsibilities
o Price and execute client transactions in line with MiFID, risk controls and product governance.
o Manage orders, risk and hedging within SG limits, policies and regulatory guidelines.
o Contribute to business development and support enhancements to trading tools, automation and analytics.
* Knowledge Management Responsibilities
o Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of markets, competitors, and clients.
o Stay informed on new market initiatives and product developments.
* Risk Management Responsibilities
o Protect SG’s market reputation through disciplined risk, compliance and conduct.
o Monitor P&L, adhere to trading limits and ensure accurate trade recording.
o Follow Sales & Trading handbooks and complete required regulatory training.
* Conduct Responsibilities
o Comply with all internal policies, operational risk standards and regulatory requirements.
o Adhere to FCA/PRA conduct rules and business‑line mandates.
o Identify, manage and escalate conduct or risk issues appropriately.

Profile required
* Market knowledge and experience in Investment banking/ financial services industry
* Sound numerical and Literacy skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Team player, proactively shares information and collaborates with others
* Highly motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial
* Reliable professional conduct
* Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for following matters through to completion
* Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for numbers with excellent attention to detail
* SG Leadership Model competence as defined for individual contributors
* Ability to develop relationships based on trust and professionalism
* Language requirements if applicable are as defined to support the role purpose and coverage areas. (English is the business language for SG).
