We have a great opportunity for an experienced PPC professional ready to take the next step in their career. A fast-growing digital agency based in Newcastle is seeking a proactive and results-driven PPC Specialist to join their expanding team.
This role is based in Newcastle on a hybrid basis, with 2 days working from home. The role requires you to be North East based and does not currently offer sponsorship.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from household retail names to specialist B2B brands, delivering measurable impact through expertly crafted paid media strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing paid advertising campaigns (Google and Meta) from strategy to execution, optimisation, and reporting
* Collaborating with in-house design, development, and SEO teams for integrated, multi-channel campaigns
* Onboarding new clients and shaping campaign strategies
* Exploring emerging ad formats and technologies
Requirements for the role include:
* Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
* Strong analytical skills to derive insights from performance data
* Knowledge of feed optimisation and experience with shopping campaigns
* Confidence with Google Analytics and pixel tracking
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism
Certifications required:
* Google Ads – Search
* Google Ads – Shopping
* Google Ads – Measurement
Additional skills that are a plus:
* Experience with tools such as Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, or Criteo
* Ability to build dashboards and automate reports
* Comfort in client meetings and presenting insights
