We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of service to both new and existing customers, while driving sales growth, increasing product penetration, and building long-term customer relationships.
You'll combine account management with proactive outbound sales activity, supporting customer retention, development, and new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business through proactive outbound telesales and prospecting
* Develop existing customer accounts through activation, retention, and account growth
* Increase product range penetration and maximise customer spend
* Identify quotation opportunities and issue same-day quotes where possible
* Support marketing campaigns and outbound promotions to maximise uptake
* Achieve agreed sales targets, margin requirements, and growth objectives
* Utilise sales tools effectively to maximise customer potential
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records on internal systems
* Work to weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
