Project Manager - AV

To help the expansion there is a key requirement to bring on a board a Project Manager for the West London area.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure enabling works are clearly communicated and completed ahead of installations
* Work closely with the Operations Team to assign appropriate labour resources to meet project requirements
* Compile detailed project installation packs for engineers
* Prepare RAMS and ensure full Health & Safety compliance
* Conduct site visits to assess works prior to installation commencement
* Attend client meetings as required
* Support the local sales team with technical pre-sales site visits and advice when needed
* Ensure all project equipment, cabling, and consumables are prepared prior to installation
* Generate AV/IT schedules and ensure serial numbers and MAC address details are accurately recorded
* Liaise with customer IT teams to obtain network and IP address information in a timely manner
* Liaise with the Programming department to capture and communicate customer system control requirements
* Arrange delivery of all project equipment and consumables to site
* Track project costs, variations, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
* Motivate, manage, and support installation teams, resolving issues and challenges as they arise
* Take full ownership of installation performance, quality standards, and client relationships
* Communicate project progress clearly with Sales and Project teams
* Ensure onsite installation and commissioning works are completed on schedule
* Prepare and issue customer handover documentation, including AV/IT schedules, O&Ms, and user manuals
* Obtain customer sign-off upon project completion
* Ensure all ‘as-built’ documentation is completed post-contract and handed over to the Service team
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in project management, preferably within AV, IT, or technical installations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and RAMS documentation
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate internally and externally with multiple stakeholders
