Were looking for a driven and strategic Mobile Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver monthly and quarterly new business gross profit and mobile connection targets.
* Devise and execute a strategy for targeting your agreed market, sector, or region.
* Generate high volumes of new appointments through proactive outreach.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline with a 3:1 opportunity-to-target ratio.
* Collaborate with marketing, telemarketing, and product specialists to create compelling propositions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and present opportunity plans at director level.
* Engage mobile sales specialists and pre-sales teams to support opportunities.
* Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients by liaising with internal teams.
* Maintain CRM records and complete ad hoc reports as required.
* Understand the principle drivers in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).


Requirements


Education & Qualifications

* A good standard of education; degree-level qualification desirable.


Experience & Knowledge

* Minimum 5 years experience in mobile sales within a B2B environment.
* Proven success in consistently achieving new business and mobile connection targets.
* Strong understanding of the mobile industry and sales cycle.
* Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers and presenting at director level.

* Results-focused with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
* Strong judgement and relationship-building skills.
* Consultative approach with a clear understanding of client needs.
* Excellent self-management and prioritisation skills.
* Commercially astute with solid financial acumen.
