Design and deliver retrofit programmes that set new standards for local authorities ? Role Purpose Develop and lead multi-year sustainability and retrofit programmes aligned with legislative requirements and sector best practice Convert complex housing stock data into actionable investment priorities and deliverable project pipelines Guide senior stakeholders through evidence-based decision-making on decarbonisation pathways Identify, secure, and maximise external grant funding opportunities (SHDF Wave 3, ECO4, local/regional schemes) Manage end-to-end grant delivery from bid development through compliance reporting and closeout Ensure value for money while maintaining programme quality and regulatory compliance Lead strategic proposals, technical standards, and procurement frameworks for retrofit works Collaborate with asset management, finance, and delivery teams to align programmes with corporate objectives Build and maintain partnerships with local authorities, housing associations, supply chain partners, and government bodies What You'll Bring Essential Experience ?
