Overview
Senior Support Worker – Ellesmere Port – £13.22 per hour. Typical shifts are: Monday to Sunday – 7:30am – 3:00pm, 2:30pm – 10:00pm and 9:45pm – 7:45am or 10:00pm – 8:00am.

Role and Responsibilities
* Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams.
* Lead and support the day-to-day supervision and management of the service at our brand-new ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) residential service in Ellesmere Port – Knot House.
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
* Allocate shifts, book in training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, and order medication.
* Support the people we support to manage their finances and ensure their needs are met.
* Keep the people we support at the heart of day-to-day operations and care delivery.

Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with an acquired brain injury
