Your New Role You will be responsible for managing programme progress, analysing data, and producing accurate, insightful reports to support decision-making. The role is desk-based and highly administrative, requiring strong organisational and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate, live programme data and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Producing clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and highlighting bottlenecks. Supporting forecasting, resource planning, and performance tracking. Acting as the central point of contact between operational teams, commercial teams, and stakeholders. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven experience in programme coordination, project controls, or data reporting. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or Smartsheet is desirable. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, meaningful way. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in construction, facilities management, housing, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
