Salary: £32,-£35,

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Our client, a dynamic organisation, is seeking a vibrant and motivated Sales Co-ordinator to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building lasting relationships with clients.


What You'll Do:
As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our sales team, responsible for:



1. Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.

2. Mentorship: Help others resolve issues while providing proactive support to the Inside Sales Supervisor.

3. Sales Support: Answer incoming sales calls and inquiries, promoting and selling our client's products using established techniques.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships through various channels-electronically, over the phone, and in person.

5. Problem Solving: Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

6. Order Management: Process sales orders, monitor schedules, verify inventory, and manage quotes using the company's ERP system.

7. Reporting: Generate sales reports and maintain organised sales tools and customer information.



Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess:



8. Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

9. Skills:



- Strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in ERP/CRM systems.
- Exceptional phone presence and detail-oriented approach.
- Leadership qualities and accurate data entry skills.
