CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (EMAIL AND INBOUND CALLS) B2B HOMEWARE

Our client, a highly successful B2B homeware company, is looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Customer Service Advisor (B2B). The candidate must have worked in a high-volume call centre and possess excellent English language skills and high-standard customer service skills, with experience in platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kapture, SAP, & Shopify.
Responsibilities include handling consumer complaints, queries, and requests received via call and email, managing up to 100 calls daily, coordinating with departments to ensure all issues are resolved within SLA, adhering to company policies, fostering brand loyalty through effective grievance redressal, and maintaining strong follow-up to resolve pending requests. Performance will be monitored via daily KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
* 2+ years of inbound call centre experience
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting skills
* Soft-spoken and supportive demeanor
* Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute
* Effective and proactive listening skills
* Experience with platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kapture, SAP, Shopify is desirable
* Flexible and hardworking team player
