This is a temporary contract to cover a period of sickness expected to last for approximately 4 weeks. What's in it for you? £25,000 - £30,000 salary Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently complete digital dictation and other typing assignments. Maintain and update the firm's case management system with relevant documents and information. Prepare briefs for counsel and compile court books for hearings, trials, and motions. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. Schedule medical and specialist appointments as required. Client Interaction: Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and communicate with clients on behalf of Partners and Solicitors. Open, date-stamp, and scan incoming mail, and save correspondence to appropriate client files. The Ideal Person At least 1 years' experience in a Legal Secretary position. Litigation Experience. Effective time management - prioritise work for solicitor. Diary management. Good communication skills and telephone manner.
