<div><p>Clinical Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Location: Cannock Salary: £54,500 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into leadership?</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, growing care provider that is committed to supporting your professional development and long-term career.</p><p>We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of a recently opened, state of the art nursing home.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in leading the clinical team and maintaining high standards of care.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Leading and motivating a team of nursing and care staff</li><li>Ensuring residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met</li><li>Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement</li><li>Overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory standards</li><li>Supporting and supervising staff with care planning and risk assessments</li><li>Promoting best practice and high standards across the service</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>To be successful, you will have:</p><ul><li>A valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)</li><li>A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience</li><li>Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience</li><li>Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of best practice</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills
