Job Responsibilities:
1. Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers.
2. Kitchen Cleanliness: Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food prep areas. Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
3. Food Preparation: Assist chefs with basic tasks like peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
4. Inventory Management: Help receive, store, and organise kitchen supplies and ingredients.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
