Hayward Hawk are working with a locally grown, expanding Managed Service Provider as they seek an Infrastructure Engineer to join their high-performing managed services team. This role blends deep technical expertise, project delivery and advanced customer engagement. The Role Manage incidents, requests and problems end-to-end, taking full technical ownership Lead the support and development of customer networking environments (wired wireless) Support and enhance Microsoft 365, Azure, and client/server infrastructure Conduct onsite deployments, site audits and complex troubleshooting Engage with customers on-site at all organisational levels with confidence and clarity Support large wireless networks and controller-based architectures Manage and maintain Barracuda to protect client environments including configuration, monitoring, and ongoing optimisation. Administer SonicWall firewalls and VPNs, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Manage clients legacy on prem systems. Essential Experience & Skills Strong expertise in wired and wireless networking Prior experience in a 3rd line support role or Similar, ideally within an MSP environment. Experience working with Barracuda or similar in a support environment. Knowledge of Firewalls & VPN configuration and troubleshooting (Sonicwalls desirable) Strong cloud experience (Microsoft 365 Azure) Proven ability to design, maintain, and optimise complex Hyper-V infrastructures Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently Youll join a highly supportive, team-first culture where colleagues readily pitch in across projects and departments to help each other thrive.
