Overview
Community Mental Health Nurse – Permanent, 37 hours per week. Location: Midlothian Substance Misuse Service, No 11, Dalkeith.
The post holder would be working within a Multidisciplinary team. The team members have a range of skills and areas of expertise. We work in partnership with the patient, family and carers in treatment and recovery from moderate to severe substance use problems.
We have strong MDT working in place with Social Work and Peer roles being highly valued and integrated within the service. We operate a key worker system to empower patients to participate in their ongoing treatment and care.
The post would be based in Midlothian recovery hub No 11. The core hours of the team are Monday – Friday 9am -5pm.

Requirements / Qualifications
* PVG Scheme membership/record required. If not current for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult), an application to Disclosure Scotland must be made and deemed satisfactory before starting.
