This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for providing their Surveyors with the time, trust and support needed to deliver a high standard of service. Supported by experienced teams, workloads are managed sensibly, and there is a clear commitment to staff wellbeing, long-term retention and career development.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
1. Level 2 Surveys
2. Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
3. Red Book Valuations
4. Bespoke Building Surveys
5. Private and Panel work
6. Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
7. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
8. Minimum AssocRICS or higher
9. Proven track record in Surveying
10. Registered Valuer Status
11. UK Driving License
12. Strong attention to detail

13. Working hours: remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available
14. Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days.
15. Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE
