We’re hiring a Contracts Manager to join a growing, well-established fit-out business with a strong pipeline and repeat clients. If you enjoy running projects end-to-end and being at the heart of delivery—this is worth a look.
🛠️ The role
You’ll take full ownership of multiple fit-out projects, from pre-contract through to handover.
Expect to:
* Run projects from start to finish
* Lead meetings and coordinate teams on-site
* Manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines
* Work closely with clients and stakeholders
* Keep projects on track, on budget, and to a high standard
✅ What we’re looking for
* Experience in fit-out / interiors / construction
* Background as a Contracts Manager (or similar)
* Organised, proactive, and confident with clients
* Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
