Role: - Registered Nurse
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):- £26.90 - £30.26 per hour
Pay Rates (not including holiday pay):- £24.00 - £27.00 per hour

Registered Nurse - Responsibilities will include:
1. Shift management – oversee and coordinate the care team.
2. Provide clinical guidance and support to the care team when required.
3. Administer, record, and monitor the effects of prescribed medication safely and in line with policy.
4. Deliver personal and person-centred nursing care to residents.
5. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices.
6. Identify, report, and act on any incidences of poor practice or abuse in line with safeguarding policy.

Essential requirements:
8. Have a current NMC PIN
9. Previous experience in nursing and care homes or NHS hospitals is essential.
10. Have the right to work in the UK.
11. Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
12. Have 6 months UK based experience working as a Nurse
13. Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
14. Possess excellent communication skills and a good standard of English
