About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on increasing website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness alongside creating some compelling newsletters and social media updates. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth. Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok) to build brand awareness and community. Manage and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Respond to customer enquiries and manage lead nurturing process. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Collaborate with internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role. Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices for various platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
