Your Role
You will work with leading Corporate and Investment institutions to deliver their strategy for business and regulatory-driven change. You will lead programs and contribute to Capgemini’s growth through thought leadership and business development.
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the achievement of team objectives.
* Balance style and substance, adding value to clients.
* Support strategy, contribute to business growth, and mentor junior team members.
* Lead teams and participate in business development opportunities.

Your Profile
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking across products and regulation, gained from industry and consulting roles. Preferred experience includes:
* Implementing large-scale regulatory changes in CIB (e.g., Basel III, FRTB, DORA).
* Knowledge of Wholesale Lending and Transaction Banking.
* Developing strategic roadmaps, including digital transformation and emerging technologies.
* Understanding of controls across the trade lifecycle.
* ESG knowledge is a plus.
* People management and team development experience.
* Proven ability in proposition building and sales campaigns.
