Job Responsibilities for our Warehouse Supervisor Ensure a safe working environment and promote a strong health & safety culture. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Manage inventory, stock allocation, and timely order fulfilment. Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams while managing performance and attendance. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Key Skills / Competencies Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on people development. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar distribution environment. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control, with understanding of health & safety regulations.
