Job Description
This is a part-time position with a salary that will be pro-rata based on hours worked.
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our modern 56-bed care home. Your responsibilities will include leading and directing the care team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
You will promote staff interaction with residents, meaningful activities, and infection control processes. Your role will involve developing and supporting staff throughout your shift, leading and supporting health & safety and fire procedures within the building. As part of our management team at Crosslet House, you will promote quality standards to ensure compliance with current legislation and council policies. Additionally, you will carry out administrative procedures, contribute to staff development, and manage electronic medication and care planning systems. Candidates should have or be working towards SVQ 4 in Care and a Professional Development Award or equivalent. Registration with SSSC is required.
Requirements
This role is considered Regulated Work with Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007, making membership with the PVG scheme essential. Further details about the scheme can be found here. Preferred applicants will need to join or update their PVG scheme membership before a formal offer is made.
